Congratulations To Our Clients Clear Software: Acquired by Microsoft

Clear Software built an incredible Robotic Process Automation platform that enabled companies to easily integrate and automate a multitude of systems with simple drag and drop ease. Not only that, they had a scalable system that allowed for limitless custom automations to be added. 

After working with the team at Innovate Map to build out their brand and vision, they turned to our VP, Douglas Karr, to make the vision a reality. Working closely with Marty Thompson and founder Jon Gilmore, a complete digital presence was built out for the team at Clear Software, including:

  • CMS Implementation – custom child theme implementation of WordPress that was fully optimized for search and responsive.
  • Marketing Automation – Hubspot implementation with industry-focused lead nurturing, lead scoring, and routing, fully integrated to the site utilizing Gravity Forms.
  • Content Library – A fully researched content library that focused on industries using articles, one-sheets, case studies, infographics, and animated video to explain the benefits of their platform. 

Douglas transitioned the technology internally to the team at Clear Software while under DK New Media, the agency acquired by Highbridge. Clear Software was provided all core assets and resources and trained so they could manage and expand their sales and marketing efforts utilizing their stack. 

We can’t say enough good things about Clear Software’s innovative platform and are very proud of the work we did on the marketing side to help this acquisition come to reality. No doubt that it was a tiny effort in relation to the innovative solution that Jon and the team built out that Microsoft took notice of… but we’re still proud of the small part we played.

Douglas has now directly contributed to acquisitions of startups by Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle in his career… something that can’t be said by too many consultants in the Software as a Service industy. Outside of those, he’s also directly assisted in over $2 billion in acquisitions of other sales and marketing technology startups over the last decade.
