Google Analytics Integrated QR Code On Direct Mail

As part of our marketing execution packages, we have developed multiple direct mail campaigns for our clients. These postcards are designed internally and always include a custom QR code that the recipient can easily scan with their mobile phone and arrive at a landing page with.

Some of our direct mail campaigns have included:

  • Re-Engagement Direct Mail Campaigns – when digital campaigns have lagged on prior customers, we’ve developed postcards to attempt to re-engage the customer. These have proven quite successful as consumers’ inboxes are inundated with email requests.
  • Retail to Ecommerce Direct Mail Campaigns – we have executed postcard campaigns and product packaging inserts with QR codes to drive in-store customers online to drive ecommerce signups and sales.
  • Hail Alert Direct Mail Campaigns – contacting hyperlocal households for our roofing clients where we pinpoint the size of hail and direct mail postcards to houses and businesses most likely to be damaged with free inspection offers.

Aside from postcards, we’ve also incorporated QR codes into table toppers, door hangers, catalogs, sales pamphlets, and other distributed print pieces. Our QR code platform even enables us to modify the campaign URL on the fly so that expiring campaigns can be properly redirected when the expiration date is met.

Direct Mail Targeting

We have rich database activity and can target current business or consumer customers and prospects based on any number of geographic, demographic, or firmagraphic characteristics. We don’t have minimums for delivery counts, but there are some minimum fees associated with designing and managing our clients’ direct mail campaigns. Our contracted marketing clients only pay for the print and postage costs.

Direct Mail Google Analytics Integration

QR Codes are really assisting traditional publishing to provide in-depth analytics as well. When we publish postcards, incorporating a QR code enables us to dynamically embed a Google Analytics campaign query string so that we can track the performance of every print piece at driving visitors to your site and converting them.

Direct Mail to CRM Automation

QR Codes can even be dynamically generated per piece to identify the actual recipient as well. This information can be dynamically pushed to your CRM via a webhook to notify your sales personnel of the activity.

If you’re interested in incorporating direct mail into your omni-channel marketing efforts, please contact us and we can discuss your needs.
